Feel free to drop in and meet the team before your first day. We’ll size your child for their uniform and make them feel at home!

If you already have your uniform, bring it with you on Day 1. If it no longer fits, let us know so we can assist with sizing.

Safe School Pickup
From schools in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Thorold, and Niagara-on-the-Lake (check if your school is in range).
Healthy Snacks
Prepackaged, nut-free snacks and fresh fruit provided daily to fuel your child's afternoon activities.
Academic Support
Homework help and guided learning in English, Math, Science, and even Arts & Crafts — all in a supportive environment.
Taekwondo Training
Daily martial arts classes with our professional staff which build focus, confidence, discipline, and physical fitness — all while having fun!
What Happens Each Afternoon?

Our structured routine balances physical activity, academic success, and social connection in a safe and supportive environment:

2:00 – 3:45 PM: School Pickup & Safe Arrival
Our staff safely transports your child from school to our facility. Children settle in and prepare for the afternoon.

3:30 – 4:30 PM: Taekwondo Classes
Daily martial arts training that develops physical skills and builds character.

4:30 – 5:15 PM: Snack + Homework Help & Academic Lesson
Dedicated time for completing schoolwork with guidance from our trained staff members.

5:15 – 6:00 PM: Pickup window.
Children enjoy time to and unwind with friends after the school day with light activities.
Pickup Window: 5:00–6:00 PM (late fee $1/minute after 6:00 PM)
Martial Arts: Building Confidence and Focus
Daily Taekwondo training is included for all enrolled students, providing consistent skill development and character building. Your child will progress through our structured belt system:

Testing occurs every 2–4 months depending on attendance and readiness.

What Parents Need to Know
Our policies are designed to maintain a safe, structured environment where your child can thrive. Clear communication between parents and staff ensures smooth operations.
1. Absence Notification
If your child won’t need pickup, please email or call us by 1:00 PM so we can adjust our schedule.
2. Late Pickup
Pickup ends at 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1 per minute applies after 6:00 PM.
3. Schedule Changes
Changes are allowed! Just notify us and your child’s school as early as possible.
4. Snacks & Allergies
All snacks are nut-free. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs.
5. Safety
Only authorized pickup contacts allowed (with ID if needed).
How Payments Work
One-Time Registration Fee $149 + HST

5 Days/Week: $134/Week
4 Days/Week: $124/Week
3 Days/Week: $114/Week

How We Calculate Tuition?
Based on 40 school weeks ÷ 10 months (already excludes holidays). Tuition stays the same each month for consistent budgeting.
  • Helps families budget with no surprise changes.
Billing Cycle
We charge tuition automatically on the 1st of each month.
You’ll receive a secure link to add your credit card during registration.
All families must keep a valid card on file.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
  • Full School Year Commitment (September–June 2025/2026 School season)
  • One-month fee applies for early withdrawal(Exceptions: medical note or relocation)
Questions you might have…
What if my child misses a day?
Please call or email before 1:00 PM if your child won’t be attending. This helps us ensure everyone is safe. While we don’t offer refunds for missed days, we always appreciate the heads-up
Can I change my child's schedule later?
“Yes — with advance notice to both us and your child’s school, we can adjust your schedule. Just note that changes may affect your monthly tuition.”
What if they forget their uniform?
“No problem! We’ll provide a clean loaner uniform for the day. Just make sure to pack your child's uniform for the next day!"
Do they have to do Taekwondo every day?
“Yes — Taekwondo is a core part of the program. It supports focus, discipline, and personal growth, and we make it fun and engaging for all students.”
Are snacks safe for allergies?
“Absolutely. All snacks are nut-free. If your child has any other allergies or restrictions, please let us know so we can make proper accommodations.”
Prepare for the First Day
Setting your child up for success starts with proper preparation. Having the right items ensures they can fully participate in all program activities.
First Day Essentials

School Communication
Before your child’s first day, please contact their school and inform them of the following:
  • That your child is registered in our Afterschool Program at Jeong's Family Taekwondo.
  • The specific days of the week your child will be picked up
  • That you give permission for our staff to communicate with the school and coordinate a safe pickup location
  • Please email us to confirm you’ve spoken with the school

    NOTE: On your child’s first day, we’ll send you a confirmation text once they’ve arrived safely at our facility.

🎒 School bag & lunch bag from school
Your child will bring these directly from school with any remaining lunch items or school notices.

💧Water bottle
Staying hydrated is important, especially during physical activities like Taekwondo.

🥋Taekwondo uniform (if already a student)
New students will receive their uniform shortly after registration is complete.

Label all personal items
This helps prevent loss and ensures items return to the right child.
